If you select this option, we download scripts folders for all the currently deployed versions of the database from Deployment Manager. The creation scripts are then run on the database server to create the databases under random names. Next, SQL Compare checks the databases against their scripts folders for errors.
If there are no errors, the upgrade scripts are run against the databases. Finally, SQL Compare is run again to check the databases against the database in source control.
Any errors are reported in the build output.
